What's On

The Hunter Valley provides visitors with many wonderful events throughout the year. Here in Broke Fordwich, we have a series of annual events to delight anybody who loves wine, food, culture and music.

Bulga Beats Festival

Join us at the inaugural Bulga Beats Festival, an exciting locally organised event to celebrate Bulga, from the heritage Church to the wondrous mountains of the Wollemi National Park. The festival will showcase local music and arts, plus there'll also be vintage cars and market stalls.

The Wakagetti Indigenous dancers will perform and some of the bands on the line-up include The Wayward Henrys, Crying Tree, The Treehouse Children, William John Jr, Boneman, and Zappo.

There'll be food stalls including Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop, family owned Our Taste of Greece, Hillsdale orchard, and for coffee there’ll be Forage Espresso.

Entry to the festival at Bulga Recreation Ground is by gold coin donation. Free camping is also available on Friday and Saturday nights.

There'll also be stalls and services of Lomi Lomi Massage, Singleton Mobile Preschool, Candles For A Cure, Spoil Yourself Accessories and a silent auction of of amazing stuff.
